A wedding outfit is worn once and kept forever. It carries beadwork, zari, sequins, structured layers and the memory of the day — none of which survive an ordinary dry-cleaner.
The risk is in the process. So we changed the process.
Embellished and structured pieces fail in the machine, not on the hanger: loose stones, crushed cans, bled dye, flattened volume. The risk is in the process, so the process is what we changed.

Step by step, on the record.
Every step is logged against the garment’s tag. You can follow it on your tracking link, and so can we — which is what makes the guarantee real.

Inspected piece by piece at intake: fabric, embellishment, dye stability, existing wear — all photographed and recorded.

Every stain treatment tested on a hidden seam before it touches the visible garment.

Cleaned by hand or in a gentle specialist cycle chosen for the fabric and the work on it — never a standard load.

Hand-finished: embellishments protected from direct heat, structure and drape restored by steam, not pressure.
- 05
Quality-checked under a bright lamp against the intake record, then packed in a breathable garment bag for storage.

Every couture piece is different; we quote once we have seen it.
Standard turnaround 7–10 days. Express available on most pieces. All prices include GST; pay at delivery by UPI or cash.
Guaranteed
Documented at pickup. Remedied if we fail.
Condition photographed before we begin. Declared value recorded. If something goes wrong in our care, the remedy is professional repair or compensation up to that value — backed by insurance and a reserve.

Care at home
- Store in a breathable cotton bag, never plastic — silk and zari need air.
- Keep heavy lehengas folded with tissue, not hung; the weight distorts the waist.
- Bring it in soon after the event — fresh stains lift, set stains fight back.
Questions
- Can you clean a lehenga with heavy stonework?
- Yes. Embellished pieces are cleaned by hand or in a protected cycle, with the work shielded from heat and abrasion, and every stone counted against the intake photos.
- Do you offer storage after cleaning?
- Yes — cleaned garments are packed in breathable bags with acid-free tissue. Ask about storage when you book.
- What if a stain cannot be removed?
- We tell you before the garment comes back, never after. Some set dye and oxidised stains cannot be lifted safely; we will always choose the garment over the stain.
