What we keep, and why.

Plainly: we keep what we need to care for your garments and reply to you, nothing more. Last updated 23 September 2026.

Who we are

SKVO Garment Care, Pramukh Landmark, Ground Floor, Shop No. 6, Near Vastu Circle, Abrama Road, Mota Varachha, Surat 394101 (“SKVO”, “we”). We care for garments, and we collect only the information needed to do that and to reply to you. Questions about this policy: info@skvo.in.

What we collect, and why

Quote requests. When you use the form at skvo.in/quote we receive your name, WhatsApp number, area, the garment details and any photos or notes you attach. We use these to look at the piece, price it and reply to you. Nothing else is done with them.

WhatsApp and calls. If you message or call us, we keep the conversation the way any business keeps its messages, so we can find your booking and your instructions later.

Orders. When we collect a garment we photograph it, record a declared value if you give one, and log each step of its care against its tag. Those records exist to protect your garment and to make our guarantee enforceable.

Website analytics. skvo.in uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits and clicks without cookies and without identifying you. We see which pages and buttons are used, not who used them.

We do not collect payment card details on the website. Payment is at delivery by UPI or cash, or by invoice for business accounts.

Where it is stored

Quote requests and their photos are stored on Vercel, our hosting provider, and a copy of each request is emailed to our mailbox at Hostinger. WhatsApp conversations live on the shop’s WhatsApp Business account. Order records are kept in our own systems.

These providers process data on our instructions and may hold it on servers outside India. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the providers named here and, where the law requires it, the authorities.

How long we keep it

Quote requests and photos: up to 12 months, so we can refer back if you book later. Order records and intake photographs: 3 years from delivery, because they are the evidence behind the guarantee. Analytics: aggregated and never tied to you.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Message +91 99980 33366 on WhatsApp or write to info@skvo.in and we will do it within 7 working days, unless we must keep an order record for an open guarantee claim.

You never have to use the quote form. WhatsApp and a phone call work just as well and involve only the conversation itself.

Photos you send

Photos uploaded through the quote form are stored at private, unguessable links and used only to assess your garment. They are not published, used in marketing or shared, and are deleted on request or when the request expires.

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change. Last updated 23 September 2026.
